Kirsty is lovely and is always going above and beyond for her clients. If you put through an order and are only a few cards away from getting a deal she will phone and confirm. She is not pushy with add ons as she is only looking out for your business and good deals. I have been dealing with Kirsty for almost 4 years and she has been nothing but lovely. She is always open to new suggestions to better the company. On the plus side she has some really cute cards.

We service large and small animal clients, so we love the variety Rappaw cards have as it allows us to choose an appropriate card for most species. We use them as sympathy cards, clients really appreciate a handwritten card; we received frequent feedback on this kind gesture and the card itself. The cards are versatile to use as a thank you card too with having no printed message. As an in-home Pet-Euthanasia service, Kirsty’s cards are invaluable. They are far superior to the ‘run-of-the-mill’ stock offered by usual veterinary suppliers. The images are divine, with many dog and cat breeds to chose from, and I adore the accompanying stories behind the ‘fur-models’.
